Rochester PL - $2,200/mo
3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms
This beautiful two bedroom house was previously lived in by Jimmy’s artist wife for 15 years, and has many loving touches such as stained glass in every room. When you walk in the house the living room greets you with oak floors and lots of natural light. The kitchen has brand new butcher block countertops and a butcher block central island with bar chairs. There is a private, quiet backyard patio with an enclosed fence. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a large bathroom in the middle. There is a second full bathroom in the basement, and a large room that has typically been used as bedroom, or could be a nice playroom. Every room in the house has its own closet, and the house is fully furnished for your needs. The street is a unique, quaint treat in Baltimore, and has a brick roadway with lights strung across the top of the street by Patterson Park. The neighbors have amazing sidewalk/stoop gardens and from the front door you can see Patterson Park.
Reviews
“I enjoyed my stay here by Patterson Park! The location is very safe and close to several hospitals. Its also close to a large park hence the name of the property so street parking was easy to find at all hours. The landlords where very easy to get ahold of, super friendly, and very informative! The whole process of moving in was easy and the process of paying rent was also very easy. I would highly recommend staying here!”
